乳酪麵包
最近天氣變熱，麵包機發酵的麵糰溫度有點偏高，小小改變一下麵糰發酵方式。
乳酪麵包5個材料1.高筋麵粉270g(再多，我的烤箱就爆炸了）2.鹽一小匙3.白神酵母or速發酵母34.砂糖15

南瓜濃湯
正值台灣洋蔥跟栗子南瓜盛產的季節，如果沒煮上一鍋南瓜濃湯。對不起辛勤耕作的農夫。這一鍋湯，做法簡單，材料單純，不用加上一堆調料粉類。質樸，卻美味無比！喝過的朋友無不稱讚！

婆婆的朋友前年給了株葉片如劍的植株說真的，若沒開出花朵我還真沒辦法查出她的芳名殷殷期盼她能長出可愛的花朵定期施肥、加土1個月前初見她的改變，像是要蹦出花苞來隔2日後下班的傍晚，來到陽台只見到這個景象
