Kompong Khleang是洞里薩湖ㄧ個居民最多、時間最久遠的高腳屋聚落。離暹粒市約55公里車程約一個半小時。由於距離遙遠，因此無法吸引太多觀光客，餐廳及商店寥寥無幾，也因此在著名的三個高腳屋浮村中 （Vietnam floating village、Kmpong Phhluk 和Kompong Khleang）最具原始真實的生活樣貌。
一般遊客若自行包車前往，船票加稅金1個人21美金，2人以上每人20美金。若再加上包車的車資，費用昂貴。因此當地
旅遊網站建議購買旅行社導覽行程，票價會有折扣。我們在台灣出發前跟導遊Lekh Puy預訂3天了
私人導覽行程，船票每人15美金共60美金。

Sok San Beach 也叫Long Beach 沙灘長約7km，在高龍島的西南側，以白沙、平靜的海面、透明帶著土耳其藍的海水著名。 我們在島上的Sok San Beach Resort 住了3晚。柬埔寨的
雨季為 5 月到 10 月，而
乾季為 11 月到 4 月。我們到訪的季節爲雨季的7月。西哈努克港是到高龍島必經的港口，我們在這近期中國人兇殺頻傳治安不太好又到處是垃圾的骯髒城市住一晚。慶幸訂了一間離市區稍有距離的旅館。
